  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Oversee daily shop operations and battery installation services with the BHero/MoTec team.
  • Manage staff scheduling and monitor attendance and discipline.
  • Supervise battery stock, tools, and maintain accurate stock movement reports.
  • Handle daily and weekly task reporting using Google Drive and HQ system.
  • Attend to customer complaints and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Execute local marketing activities and support overall sales performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, staff appearance, and compliance with company SOPs.
  • Manage customer battery warranty claims and replacement procedures according to HQ policy.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between branches and HQ, especially regarding inventory transfer, technical support, and inter-branch task handovers.
  • Oversee walk-in customers at the store, assist with enquiries, promote battery products/services, and ensure excellent customer service experience on-site.
  • Ensure all staff comply with company SOPs, including safety, service procedures, communication standards, and the use of company systems.We are looking for a supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts
