- Oversee daily shop operations and battery installation services with the BHero/MoTec team.
- Manage staff scheduling and monitor attendance and discipline.
- Supervise battery stock, tools, and maintain accurate stock movement reports.
- Handle daily and weekly task reporting using Google Drive and HQ system.
- Attend to customer complaints and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Execute local marketing activities and support overall sales performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, staff appearance, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Manage customer battery warranty claims and replacement procedures according to HQ policy.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between branches and HQ, especially regarding inventory transfer, technical support, and inter-branch task handovers.
- Oversee walk-in customers at the store, assist with enquiries, promote battery products/services, and ensure excellent customer service experience on-site.
- Ensure all staff comply with company SOPs, including safety, service procedures, communication standards, and the use of company systems.We are looking for a supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts
