  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sampling and analysis of raw materials, packaging, and products; assist in the technician's absence.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Health & Safety (HSE), and quality standards.
  • Compile and analyze laboratory testing data for review.
  • Conduct tests per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Monitor and procure laboratory inventory as needed.
  • Maintain QC laboratory equipment and housekeeping.
  • Support internal equipment verification and calibration.
  • Ensure GMP compliance in processing areas.
  • Assist in pest control and monitoring programs.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Update documentation related to food safety and management systems.
  • Manage records and data related to QA/QC activities.
  • Carry out daily tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science and related (food technology, food science, or a related field is typically required).
  • Basic knowledge on laboratory analysis in QC activities especially on food manufacturing work environment.
  • Basic knowledge related with GMP, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL and food manufacturing quality management system.
  • Basic with quality control & laboratory testing operation related to food.
  • Basic analytical skills in laboratory analysis.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in food safety system certification.
  • Basic analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

Note: We are looking for interns who can join immediately or by May. You will be stationed at Encorp Strand Garden, Kota Damansara, for the first two months before relocating to the plant at Sungai Chandong, Pulau Indah, likely in July.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
