HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT 1.
Lead to restructuring Employee Relations Management:
Designed & implemented the Employee Handbook, HR policies and to ensure the entire teams understand and comply with it; restructuring and planning manpower designations; emphasized on employee master data and up to date.
2. Lead HR Management for the HQ office and another 3 branches, approx. 50+ of headcount and being as a centre point, provide day-to-day support to management and staff matters related to HR & Admin scope.
3. Strengthen the Talent Management/ recruitment process: Recruiting prospective quality talents by leading the 5 MoU signing collaborations with Leng Kee Academy, Despark College, INPENS College, Young Aces College and Mont Fort Boys Town.
4. Implement the effective sourcing and develop recruitment lead via various channel with the cost effective as well to the organization.
5. Payroll Management: Responsible to process the monthly payroll including statutory contribution i.e., EPF; SOCOS; EIS; PCB, and annual payroll report to issue & distribute EA form to respective employee.
6. To prepare the 100% of accuracy of payroll & sales report and presented to the top management by monthly & quarterly, and payslip distributed on time.
7. Responsible for new employee on-boarding session & arrangement, orientations and perform exit employment processes.
8. Initiate HR manual processes to Digitalization: Using free applications, own set-up and user friendly. Attendance, leave application, staff’s claim, etc. easily monitor via any phone/ PC devices anytime.
9. Responsible to assist in ensuring the effective of HR services and administrations, i.e., monitoring employee’s probation & confirmations or contract, to issue various letter to respective employees, staff’s claim, Memos, announcement, etc.
10. Develop and design manual operating procedure for office management and workshop operations.
11. As a focal person on behalf the company to liaise with third party agency, i.e., government sector, local state authority, etc.
12. The HR PIC shall compile the Identified training needs into Annual Training Plan (PCC-CTA-05-05) and submit to the HR HOD for approval.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
