A dedicated health and wellness company founded by a team of experienced doctors and professionals focused on empowering individuals to lead healthier well-being is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Executive to join as part of their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media chat with professionaly and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with their orders, including processing transactions and managing returns or exchanges efficiently.
  • Educate customers about our health and wellness products, including benefits and recommended usage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, finding effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Managing sales transactions and records
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, and exchange.
  • Handle shipment and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • SPM or Diploma in nutrition or health-related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or health-related industries.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approachable.
  • Languages required : English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a basic understanding of nutritional products.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
  • Full-time position(s) based SS2, Petaling Jaya.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
