A dedicated health and wellness company founded by a team of experienced doctors and professionals focused on empowering individuals to lead healthier well-being is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Executive to join as part of their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media chat with professionaly and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with their orders, including processing transactions and managing returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Educate customers about our health and wellness products, including benefits and recommended usage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, finding effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Managing sales transactions and records
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, and exchange.
- Handle shipment and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- SPM or Diploma in nutrition or health-related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or health-related industries.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approachable.
- Languages required : English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a basic understanding of nutritional products.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Full-time position(s) based SS2, Petaling Jaya.
