  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. BIM Modeler:

  • Create detail 3D models of Structural Systems and components using BIM Software upon finalization of details.
  • Analyze documents: Review design drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate and work with Architects, Engineers, and Other Project Team members to coordinate design changes and model changes.
  • Perform regular quality check on BIM models for accuracy, consistency and adherence to industry standard.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve model discrepancies, conflicts and errors on timely basis.
  • Assist Technical Project Director, Senior General Manager and Project Teams in resolving BIM-related issues and challenges by providing technical support.
  • Produce 2D Shop Drawings as per request with and able to make revisions within short time frame.
  • Provide Clash Detection Report for the discrepancies identified between Architectural, C&S and MEP Drawings.
  • Undertake pressure and challenges to meet deadlines
  • Liase with Architects, Engineers or Clients Rep., Authorities, Contractors or Subcontractors on the structural, architectural and MEP matters.
  • Undertake all and any other duties as assigned by immediate Superior and Senior Management from time to time

2. BIM Manager:

i) Model Development & Management

  • Create detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems using software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Preparing construction coordination soft drawing for consultant approval before can proceed work at site.
  • Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with design specifications and as-built condition

ii) Coordination & Collaboration

  • Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination to resolve clashes (e.g., using Navisworks) and integrate models from architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure real-time data sharing.

iii) Quality Assurance & Problem Resolution

  • Conduct regular audits to verify model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, such as clashes or design conflicts, and provide solutions to minimize delays

iv) Documentation & Reporting

  • Generate construction coordination & shop drawings for consultant approval, schedules, and project documents from BIM models.
  • Maintain detailed records of model changes, clash resolutions, and stakeholder communications.

v) Software & Standards Compliance

  • Stay updated on BIM software advancements (e.g., Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360) and implement best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational BIM protocols and global standards.
  • To undertake all and any other assignments as directed by Immediate Superior/ Senior Management/ Directors.

Education & Experiences:

1. BIM Modeler

  • Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent with 4-8 years of Construction industry experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of 3D Modelling/Drafting experience

2. BIM Manager

  • Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Engineering ( Civil ), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent with 5-10 years of Construction industry experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a BIM specific role

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and Qlassic is an added advantage.
  • Solid working knowledge of Autodesk software; Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD etc.
  • Ability to Read / Interpret All Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical floor plans, section and Elevations.
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Strong understanding of Civil Engineering Principles
  • Good knowledge of current emerging BIM Technologies and Trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
