Job Responsibilities as below:
- Follow SOP to produce variety baked goods start from mixing, laminating, proofing and baking.
- Ensure all finished baked goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.
- To maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with the company and client policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure that the control of raw materials is always kept at the correct temperatures and right places.
- Communicate well and work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships also to build a better and efficiency team.
- Ensure that products send out to customers adhere to quality and food safety standards.
- Regularly seeks guidance from the Executive Pastry/Bakery Chef, Chief Baker, or Chef de Partie in executing production according to Company recipes.
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety Standards and Sanitation Policies.
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use.
- Ensure proper storage of baking utensils.
