Job Responsibilities as below:

  • Follow SOP to produce variety baked goods start from mixing, laminating, proofing and baking.
  • Ensure all finished baked goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.
  • To maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with the company and client policies and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that the control of raw materials is always kept at the correct temperatures and right places.
  • Communicate well and work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships also to build a better and efficiency team.
  • Ensure that products send out to customers adhere to quality and food safety standards.
  • Regularly seeks guidance from the Executive Pastry/Bakery Chef, Chief Baker, or Chef de Partie in executing production according to Company recipes.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety Standards and Sanitation Policies.
  • Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use.
  • Ensure proper storage of baking utensils.
