JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Service Delivery Project Coordinator to join our team at JOS Malaysia on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of our IT service projects, collaborating closely with our clients and internal teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of service delivery projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project status updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical, sales, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Provide administrative support, including document management, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
EDUCATION
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the IT industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Trello
- Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IT service delivery processes and best practices is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
