  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned region to ensure smooth execution and consistent performance.
  • Track and review outlet sales performance to ensure targets are met and operational standards are maintained.
  • Work closely with Operation Manager to implement company SOPs, promotional activities, and service standards.
  • Provide regular guidance, support, and coaching to outlet staff to help them works effectively.
  • Conduct routine outlet visits to assess operations, identify issues, and provide solutions on the ground.
  • Assist Operation Manager in managing manpower needs, staff performance, and training requirements.
  • Support the rollout of new company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements across outlets.
  • Report on regional performance and highlight any issues, challenges, or suggestions to upper management.
  • Be proactive in identifying potential improvements and ensuring all outlets deliver a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple outlets in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage remotely.
  • Hands-on, action-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence.
  • Willing to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
