We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account & Admin Executive to manage daily accounting operations and provide general administrative support. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL
  • Prepare monthly reports, bank reconciliation, and petty cash claims
  • Monitor invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with payroll processing and staff claims
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and fixed assets inventory
  • Maintain company licenses, insurance renewals, and related documentation
  • Support recruitment and HR documentation (e.g. offer letters, leave records)
  • Assist in coordination between branches and departments
  • Handle ad-hoc admin or finance tasks as required

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years working experience in accounting or admin roles (fresh grads may be considered)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or others)
  • Good communication skills in English, BM, and/or Mandarin
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
