- Discover and cultivate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Respond to requests for proposals, including the review of locations, sites, and surrounding areas.
- Prepare and review target lists of sites and submit proposals.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned jobs effectively.
- Conduct regular market surveys and formulate strategic marketing plans.
- Conduct in-depth marketing analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms.
- Apply basic technical knowledge as needed to support business development activities.
- Review survey materials to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
Qualifications & experience
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Capable of marketing the company to Joint Management Bodies (JMB), Management Corporations (MC), and other potential customers.
- Must have own transportation.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create effective slides.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
