- Handle of all project documentation and set up & maintain a good filing system for all relevant HR Admin document.
- Provide job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
- Engage with agencies to coordinate foreign worker recruitment processes and obtaining staffs and workers from agencies when required.
- Plan, direct & coordinate preparation to ensure sufficient manpower for the production and operation.
- Manage salary payment to all employees in accordance to their performance and ensure payment is executed on time.
- Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Stay commercially aware of the latest Labour Law or any updated rules and regulations related to Human Resources.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with any government rules and regulation such as JTK, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, FOMEMA, etc.
- Ensure all documentations are organized according to ISO standard and prepare company for ISO and external audit.
- Provide quarterly employees performance report for management review.
- Prepare meeting agenda and minute for monthly General Meeting.
- Empower and ensure positive growth and well-being of all employees. Act as an efficient communication channel between all employees and management.
- In-charge of building and vehicle insurance, inspection, tax renewal, maintence services.
- In-charge of all licenses eg. Cukai tanah, harta renewal, registration with government bodies
- In-charge of admin related issues: liase with IT contractor during downtime, stationaries. Execute training and development for existing employees.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
