  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking a passionate and engaging Demo Chef / Culinary Demonstrator to showcase our wide range of kitchenware through live cooking demonstrations. This role plays a vital part in enhancing customer experience, promoting product features, and supporting the sales team by demonstrating the functionality and quality of our kitchenware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live cooking demonstrations using Katrin BJ’s kitchenware at showrooms, events, retail outlets, and promotional roadshows.
  • Showcase the features, benefits, and usage of various kitchen products in a practical and engaging manner.
  • Support the sales and marketing team by creating interest and generating leads during demonstrations.
  • Engage with walk-in customers, answer product-related questions, and provide cooking tips or advice.
  • Assist in preparing ingredients and setup prior to demos, and ensure cleanliness post-demo.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer reactions, common questions, and suggested improvements.
  • Occasionally support social media content by participating in product videos or livestreams.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations during all demos.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in cooking, food demonstration, or F&B industry preferred.
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
  • Passionate about food, kitchenware, and customer service.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or travel for roadshows/events when required.
  • Basic knowledge of social media/live streaming is a plus.
