
Network Operation Center (NOC) Support
Job Description:
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting network issues or service interruptions.
· Provide timely updates and communicate with customers regarding issue resolution progress.
· Work closely with NOC Engineers and technical teams to escalate and resolve incidents.
· Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or a related field.
· Minimum 1–3 years in a tech support or call center environment is beneficial
· Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
· Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
