Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive IT & Administrative Support to join our team at QOSMO International School, Petaling Jaya. This role requires a combination of IT troubleshooting skills and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues raised by staff or customers
- Maintain and manage IT assets and system inventory
- Perform basic IT support tasks including setting up devices, printers, projectors, etc.
- Respond to system errors and ensure minimal downtime
- Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information professionally
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including follow-ups with customers and vendors
- Manage office inventory and liaise with vendors for office supplies
- Organize appointments, schedule meetings, and handle school correspondence
- Maintain and update school/company records and documentation
- Operate standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia tools
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Office Administration, or related field
- Basic IT knowledge (hardware/software troubleshooting)
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Prior experience in school or education setting is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,999.00 per month
