  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing the existing IT infrastructure, including network services, security, servers.
  • Analyse user requirements, set up, maintain and provide ongoing support for the information system hardware and software, operation system, user account and IT Inventory management, internet access, server, CCTV, antivirus, email, firewall, networking and database to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct configurations, regular checks and maintenance of computer hardware, software and applications (firewalls, access points and network switches, etc) to ensure functionality.
  • Manage system updates, patches, and software deployments.
  • Set up and manage virtualization
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, including firewalls, endpoint security, and data protection.
  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide support or troubleshoot for end user’s PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor the performance of information technology systems to assess cost and productivity metrics and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, compliance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
  • Upkeep of the telephone, communication, and computing systems by liaising with vendors for maintenance, repairing office equipment & services of office facilities.
  • Ensure the technology refresh project is progressing by systematically phasing outdated PCs and deploying new units.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Information System or equivalent.
  • Possess at least three (3) years’ experience in related field.
  • Exposure or knowledge in network and server / IT hardware Resources.
  • Experience in IT administration, system/network management and infrastructure, firewalls, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with good analytical skill, problem solving skill, well-organized and proactive quality.
  • Willing to work at Teluk Panglima Garang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
