The HR leader should come with exceptional business acumen & strategic planning skills to work closely with top management to foster a high-performance culture, ensure top-tier hiring and retention, while remaining hands-on & maintaining a deep understanding of the daily HR operations for multiple offices (Thailand, followed by Malaysia, other countries as expand).

Key Roles :

Strategic & Leadership

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals for both Malaysia & Thailand offices.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives, drive performance, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Design systematic policies.
  • Executive based on business objectives while maintaining baseline voice for employees.

Talent Recruitment & Retention

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire Top-Tier Talent across both regions.
  • Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development programs, and performance management systems.
  • Monitor and address employee development needs, providing coaching and support to managers and staff.

Culture & Engagement

  • Champion a positive and inclusive working culture that aligns with company values and promotes high employee morale.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

HR Operations/Admin

  • Hands-on in daily HR operations, including talent ops (e.g. Mass Hiring), job evaluation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Standardize HR processes and policies across both regions while tailoring solutions to meet local needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia & Thailand.
  • Oversee HR related agreements & documentation.

Business Partnering

  • Work closely with teams, managers and key stakeholders to build effective organisation and people capability
  • Provide advisory & guidance for business optimization.

Key Requirements :

  • 5 years of People Management experience within Fast Paced Environment.
  • Thailand HR experience + Strong Business Acumen to work in line with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide and execute company leadership and direction,
  • Passion for engaging with all levels as both a colleague and a high-level coach,
  • Strategic Thinker & Hands-On Leader, problem-solving skills, and analytical proficiency.
  • Experience working with China counterpart / China based companies is desire.
  • Young, Energetic with Excellent command of English !
  • Permanent vacancy based in KL.
  • Must be flexible to travel overseas !

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM28,000.00 per month
