  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role involves leading and managing a small collection team to drive repayment results, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and directly handling complex collection cases. Key duties include setting and tracking KPIs, formulating collection strategies, optimizing workflows, preparing reports, and ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and empathetically. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in collections, preferably within personal financing or easy payment schemes, with leadership exposure and strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, along with a proactive, target-driven mindset and passion for responsible lending.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
