Our HR Process Solutions and Governance Team is responsible for the global strategy of end-to-end process design in alignment to the strategic goals of the organization. Partnering with the Digital HR team to embrace cutting-edge tech solutions, driving innovative HR practices, ensuring the seamless integration of technology to elevate efficiency, employee experience, and overall organizational success.

The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Total Rewards' responsibility leverages deep HR expertise to represent, consult, and refine core HR operations. This will be in support of HR strategies that impact the enterprise.
As an Global Process Owner (GPO) for Total Rewards, you will be responsible for:
Creating and articulating a strategic vision for Total Rewards (TR) processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Developing and improving standardized processes and procedures that can be consistently implemented enterprise wide.
Participating in all global TR projects to execute the strategy for end-to-end processes, including associated policies and technologies.
Monitoring TR process trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices to inform strategic direction and process enhancements.
Analyzing HR data and trends to offer strategic insights and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s from an accredited academic institution.
Have experience implementing a process improvement methodology grounded in data analytics (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
Have experience in Human Resources, project management, system implementation.
Have thorough understanding and subject matter expertise of HR end-to-end process management and associated systems.
Have experience with Change Management in a large-scale multinational company.
