Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to manage stock effectively.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze sales reports and financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle cash management, including daily reconciliation and banking tasks.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, including setting work schedules and delegating tasks.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Resolve employee issues and manage conflicts as they arise.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and addressing customer complaints.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and make improvements based on insights.
Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales.
- Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and events.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain store standards.
- Manage loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and theft.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and staffing.
- Use data analysis to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Several years of experience in retail management or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successful store administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Days/Hours Needed:
- Public Holidays: Double Paid
- Compulsory Working Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Working Schedule: 5.5 working days (Shift by Rotation)
- Day Off: Choose one day off from Monday to Thursday
Salary & Benefits:
- RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month
