About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Production Assistant to join our dynamic team at BW Scaffold Industries Sdn Bhd' in Jenjarom, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for supporting our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods.

What you'll be doing

  • To follow documented work instruction and leaders’ instruction on carry out daily production activities.
  • To report any quality problem detected to supervisor.
  • Reviewing work orders to ensure that production orders are complete, accurate, and ready for production.
  • Inspecting parts for defects and performing basic quality control procedures to ensure that products meet company standards.
  • Maintaining production schedules and records of production activities
  • All other related duties and job responsibilities that are assigned to you by your superiors.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Production Manufacturing
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
