  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Customer Account Counsultant
Location: Gombak, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Actively promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach (cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels).
  • Educate clients on loan features, repayment terms, and eligibility requirements to help them make informed decisions.

2. Customer Service

  • Serve as the main point of contact for loan inquiries, guiding customers from application to approval.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Accurately enter and update customer data in the company’s system, ensuring all information is current and error-free.
  • Review and verify loan applications for completeness and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate and maintain reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and application progress.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above education qualification.
2. Related experience in sales, customer service is an advantage.
3. Basic computer skills (MS Office software).

Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 1.30pm
