  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The MRC National Headquarters (NHQ) invites qualified candidates to fill the position Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Report ( PMER) Officer to enhance our program effectiveness, accountability, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing proposals for funding and grants.
  • Support planning processes to develop high-quality operational plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate projects using data-driven methods.
  • Conduct surveys, reviews, and evaluations to improve program effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with donor standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in any field, preferably related to data management or statistics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PMER.
  • Experience in emergency response and data analysis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken).
  • Knowledge of IFRC’s PMER systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,750.00 per month
