  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site, including conducting safety briefings and training for workers
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the project team, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Leading and managing on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Keeping accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and quality control documentation.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction, including conflicts between contractors, delays, or unexpected site conditions.

What You Bring

  • A degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field is typically required.
  • Significant experience in construction management, particularly in high voltage or electrical projects, is essential. Previous experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role is often preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations related to high voltage substations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
