Client Background: Professional firm in providing Accounting, Taxation, Company Secretarial & Payroll related services
Responsibilities:
- 1. Payroll Management (for Clients)
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions using Million Payroll Software.
2. Accounting & Finance (Internal Companies)
- Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of financial reports for four (4) active companies.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Generate and finalize bi-monthly SST submissions to ensure compliance.
- Act as a backup for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable tasks, including issuing invoices, receipts, and statements.
- Manage Million Accounting Software, including user/database creation and yearly account cut-offs for client’s cases.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, IT support, and Million Software support for troubleshooting and queries.
3. Ad-Hoc & Problem-Solving Tasks
- Assist clients with applications such as Business Licenses, MOF Licenses, etc.
- Support the setup of new computers, including software installation, Outlook setup, and server access.
- Assist Management in executing new campaigns, initiatives, and special projects.
- Take on additional ad-hoc tasks as required by Management.
- Prepare monthly salary and statutory payment transactions for clients (currently having around 15 clients).
- Assist in preparing and circulating annual Form EA on behalf of clients.
- Handle applications related to KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, and other payroll-related matters.
- Act as the primary liaison for payroll-related issues with clients, government agencies, and Million Software for troubleshooting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
