Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Have wide knowledge in accounting, finance and banking facilities

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the finance team on all accounting and finance functions and ensure that both excellence in achieving datelines and reporting on the financial status of the company.

- Responsible for supervising the preparation and upkeep of complete sets of accounts, receivables, and payables.

- Responsible for preparing financial reports.

- Responsible for preparing group/statutory financial statements, submitting reports and liaising with auditors and tax agents.

- Responsible for interpreting and formulating plans to improve company revenue.

- To ensure positive cash flow to meet the organization's financial commitments, analysing strengths, weaknesses and proposing corrective action plans when necessary.

- Keep management aware of the financial position and propose cost control measures to reduce costs, as well as propose new business opportunities for the company.

- To liaise with Bankers and Financial institutions on finance facilities.

- To work closely with Bankers, Auditors, Director, Lawyers, Company Secretary, Tax Consultants and others related to service providers.

- To carry out any other assignments given by Company Director from time to time.
