Job Summary:
We are seeking a talent and experienced Account cum Admin Officer to join our Sales Admin team.
The officer role will be responsible for managing Account Receivable and Account Payable, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and providing monthly reports.
Provide general administrative support and collaborate with other departments for company event and provide financial insights.
Job description and responsibilities:
1. Account Receivable (AR) Management- • Follow up customer payment schedule and collect customer payment details. • Closely follow up overdue accounts and dispute payment. • Reconcile customer payment details and ensure all discrepancies are resolved. • Prepare monthly report and update to regional office for all overdue account. • Support credit review activity to enhance credit risk management. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Define customer payment term and payment cycle, ensure customer follow the terms and payment policy.
2. Account Payable (AP) Management • Check vendor’s billing invoices and verify the billing amount (to avoid duplicate and wrong payment) • Check employee’s claim submission and verify their entitlement amount. • Issue payment voucher for getting approval. • Follow up payment schedule and update vendor. • Monitor monthly payment trend and avoid mishandling. • Issue Debit Note for intercompany claim. • Assist in the preparation of budgets.
3. Administrative management • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. • Assist in organizing company events and meetings. • Gather information and quotation to propose for management decision. • Apply approval and arrange payment for reservation or booking. • Briefing or rehearsal before the events or activities. • Do review or survey after the event or activities for future improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
