- Responsible for all messages online, including Facebook, Instagram & XiaoHongShu inquiries, comments, reviews, text messages etc.
- To ensure high message responsiveness and customer engagement, as well as ensure achieving the assigned target for appointments inbound via online.
- Via online, to understand customers’ concerns, provide relevant solutions and treatment recommendations and encourage customers to purchase first trial promotion.
- Work closely within the marketing and operation team to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.
- Assist on online campaigns, including idea brainstorming for social media postings.
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week during probationary period (2 months).
- 5 days per week after probationary period.
- 10am - 7pm (off day will be on weekdays, compulsory to work on weekend and public holidays, working on public holidays will be replaced with leaves or double pay).
