Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
· Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management.
· Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new market.
· Identify potential markets that could boost sales and revenues.
· Closes new business deal by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirement with business operations.
· Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation & activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission, etc.
· Attend to customers and ascertains each customer’s needs.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
· To provide quotation and/or submit tender in a timely manner.
· Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution.
· Attend to customers for all sales related matter (regular visit, prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, payment collection, follow up pending issue etc).
· Provide regular feedback to senior management on business strategies and plan.
· Preparing various presentations and should regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc.
· Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report.
· Responsible for any assigned sales administrative job.
· Practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with clients.
· Work in close coordination with other departments in the company.
· Other duties and assignments as requested for the overall performance of the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum [2–3] years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary.
