- To prepare and maintain the list of approved suppliers list.
- To request for quotations & materials sample from potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.
- To evaluate the prices and quality on materials quoted by the potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.
- To submit price comparison for Purchasing Manager’s approval.
- Attend to calls / visits from suppliers.
- To follow-up and control on materials delivered to site compared to ordered quantities. Communicate with site personnel for material quality to ensure on time delivery.
- Emphasis on inventory control. Update DO and INV in system and attach the DO with INV for account department further action
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 will be added advantage.
- Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior / HOD.

- Min. education requirement: Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Skills required: Purchasing, Purchase Order Processing, Construction Tools
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
