• To handle HR functions includes union payroll, recruitment and other HR related matters • To handle HR practices are in compliance with regulatory • Monitor assistant progress on daily administrative task to ensure no delay • Monitor assistant progress on yearly company licenses and CIDB no delay • Monitor assistant progress on yearly office upkeep and maintenance no delay • To handle office supplies general purchase and price negotiation • To support and coordinate IT to ensure system run smooth and no interruption • To handle tender email receiving and distributed to Project Department • To handle staff air-ticket, hotel accommodation and etc • Sourcing new suppliers, vendors and contractors. • To stand by and back up for receptionist • Develop & maintain filling system to ensure filling are up-to-date • Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
