Job Description Our client is looking for a Senior ERP Consultant who can help choose and implement the right enterprise resource planning system for our business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ERP systems and be able to guide us through the selection and implementation process. Duties: Perform ERP project implementation activites including the business requirement study, business & process review, solution specification & modeling, gap analysis, solution simulation & testing, data migration, UAT & etc. Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for enterprise resource planning programs Assist in ERP system implementations and upgrades Set up and maintain system documentation Assist in program customization and configuration Perform software upgrades Review and perform system maintenance and testing Review and analyze data reporting Troubleshoot and resolve system problems Provide user support, research and resolve system failures as needed Responsibilities: Analyze the inner workings of an ERP system, conduct training, and support ongoing upgrades Create and maintain documentation and process flows, while troubleshooting and solving system issues Generate new reports, formulas, functions, and reports as needed Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues Develop and maintain end user training materials Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum 3 years of ERP experience, QAD or SYSPRO will be a big advantage Proven experience in consulting, implementation, and support of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application Knowledge of general business software, and aptitude to learn new applications Ability to articulate complex processes Fluent in both written and spoken English
