• Company licensing application and renewal monitoring e.g. (MBSA & CIDB license). • Monitoring CIDB points for license renewal • Renewing Green Card / CIDB for all engineers and technicians. • Company vehicles renewal; road tax, insurance and puspakom inspection arrangement • Petrol and Touch & Go card monitoring • Company assets and master keys controller • Process for Purchase Order for office purchase, such as office equipment, furniture, stationery and marketing printing, etc. • Follow up & replenish of office supplies or other purchase. Make sure stock level is always sufficient, such as lights, balas, office grocery etc. • Tracking, recording and compiling invoices for office maintenance, admin expenses for payment process. NO DELAY. • Sourcing new suppliers, vendors and contractors. • To stand by and back up for receptionist • Handling & coordinate repairing, renovation and any office re-arrangement. Up keep of office maintenance (Office & store), such as air-condition, lights, networks etc. • To monitoring & upkeep door access system. • To handle leasing contract or renewal on office equipment. • To organize & coordinate for company event e.g. training, seminar and etc. • Maintain and update staff attendance record in excel format • Email daily staff away report • Develop & maintain filling system • Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
