Job Description: 1.Local Store Marketing (LSM): Develop and oversee LSM initiatives to drive traffic to individual Burger King outlets. Work closely with Operations team, landlords, franchisees and localized partners to execute local promotions, events, and community engagement activities. Initiate, execute, measure and analyze local store traffic drivers, for example, flyer distribution, bounceback initiatives and more. Drive and support kiosk ordering platform adoption. Develop and push for upsell strategies and implementation at store level. Management of store level displays (POS materials) and coordinating rollouts on time and within budget for all marketing campaigns. Responsible for customer experience at store level Monitoring and managing costs and maximising ROI for all retail investments. May require outstation travel to local stores for monitoring and understanding of local audience behavior. 2. New Store Expansion: Develop and implement marketing strategies for new store openings, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities. Analyze industry trends and identify growth areas for new restaurant openings. Coordinate launch events and promotions to drive initial customer traffic and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts for new store locations. Monitor and evaluate the success of new store marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary. 3.Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 2 marketing executives in the LSM team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide guidance, set clear goals and expectations for team members, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. Encourage continuous learning and development within the team. 4.Partnerships and Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations. Develop partnerships to create mutually beneficial marketing opportunities. Support the Head of Marketing on new business development ventures e.g. food sales booth, food truck, catering and more. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus. Minimum 3 years experience’ in retail marketing, preferably in the QSR or F&B industry. Prior team leadership experience is an added advantage. Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in local market dynamics and consumer behavior. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for creativity and innovation. Able to work 5.5 days per week Key Business Relationships Internal / External: Internal – Marketing team, Operations team, all HODs and Functional Heads.
