Facility Setup & Compliance
- Lead company registration (SSM), manufacturing licenses (MIDA/DOE), and factory compliance.
- Coordinate environmental approvals (EIA) for metal/plastic production processes.
HR Infrastructure Development
- Design recruitment strategies for operational and technical staff.
- Establish payroll systems (EPF/SOCSO/EIS) and employee policy frameworks.
Operational Support
- Manage vendor contracts, office administration, and local stakeholder relations.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and workplace safety standards.
Strategic Contribution
- Advise management on workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Minimum education is Secondary School.
- 8-10 years in HR/Admin management with new factory setup experience in Malaysia.
- Trilingual proficiency: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and manufacturing compliance.
- Technical skills: HRIS tools, advanced Excel, and data management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in metal/plastic manufacturing or foreign-invested enterprises.
- Familiarity with OSHA 1994 and JKKP regulations (certifications are a plus).
