Facility Setup & Compliance

  • Lead company registration (SSM), manufacturing licenses (MIDA/DOE), and factory compliance.
  • Coordinate environmental approvals (EIA) for metal/plastic production processes.

HR Infrastructure Development

  • Design recruitment strategies for operational and technical staff.
  • Establish payroll systems (EPF/SOCSO/EIS) and employee policy frameworks.

Operational Support

  • Manage vendor contracts, office administration, and local stakeholder relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and workplace safety standards.

Strategic Contribution

  • Advise management on workforce planning and retention strategies.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum education is Secondary School.
  • 8-10 years in HR/Admin management with new factory setup experience in Malaysia.
  • Trilingual proficiency: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and manufacturing compliance.
  • Technical skills: HRIS tools, advanced Excel, and data management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in metal/plastic manufacturing or foreign-invested enterprises.
  • Familiarity with OSHA 1994 and JKKP regulations (certifications are a plus).
