  • Prepare and process sales-related documents including quotations, invoices, and contracts.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups with clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings, events, and travel fairs.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and direct to the relevant sales personnel.
  • Monitor stock levels of promotional items and assist in ordering materials as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for sales-related functions when necessary.
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales transactions and activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling client data.
  • Must be willing to travel as when needed. (Travelling Cost Claimable)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles; experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
