Human Resource
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Maintain HR policies and procedures that are regularly reviewed for legislative compliance and inclusion of best practices.
- Implementing the company’s compensation program per policy and regulations.
- Performing employee’s benefits administration
- Creating / Maintaining / Revising job descriptions
- Manage the performance management system as specified by Corporate HR.
- Manage employee payroll process and meet all internal and end of period reporting requirements.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
- Overseeing / conducting new employee on boarding and employee relations counseling.
- Overseeing /Conducting employee exit interview.
Labor Relations
- Supporting the business partners / department Managers in managing employee disciplinary matters
- Maintain a thorough content knowledge of relevant changes to legislation and standards concerning industrial law, human resources and safety matters.
- Compile investigations where required.
- Work with the Head of Human Resource and other Head of Functions on creating policies for terms of employment of employment.
- Employee Engagement
- Lead the enthusiasm team on the yearly employee activities.
- Communicate and share out the latest business or general information to all employees.
- Monitor the employee engagement survey and employee’s participation.
- Assist Department Managers with the implementation of their action plans to ensure that they are delivered in a consistent manner and prior to the next survey.
Audit
- Ensure all department complies to all local law and SWA regulation.
- Assist on other company audit such as DQMP, HALAL, customer audit, etc.
Business Improvement
- Support new projects or company new initiatives.
- Support on change management process
- Support the process optimization initiatives
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in HR and involving in recruitments, payroll, benefits & compensations, performance managements,, employee relations, labor relations etc
- Strong communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia and self discipline
- Strong Leadership Skills to lead a team
- Able to perform good Time-management and Problem-solving Skills
Able to work as a team with teamwork and collaboration
