
Sales Executive Cum Customer Service
I. Sales (Sales Executive Part) Client Development and Follow-up Identify potential clients and actively reach out via phone, messaging, and social platforms. Regularly contact potential clients to push for conversion. Maintain relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat sales or referrals. Sales Target Achievement Achieve designated sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Develop and execute sales plans based on company promotions or product strategies. Assist in creating promotional plans and sales scripts. Sales Process Management Handle quotes, orders, and follow up on payment processes. Assist clients with form completion, registration, and arranging course or product delivery. Follow up with clients who have unpaid orders or incomplete transactions to increase conversion rates. Client Relationship Maintenance Proactively follow up with old clients to understand their experience and new needs. Handle client feedback to improve satisfaction and encourage retention. II. Customer Service (Customer Service Part) Customer Reception and Issue Handling Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website, etc. Answer questions about products, services, and the registration process. Handle complaints and objections from customers, escalating complex issues to higher management. Customer Service Process Execution Assist clients with payments, information updates, appointment scheduling, and course/material access. Follow up to ensure clients complete their actions and confirm information accuracy. Track customer service records and maintain systematic updates. After-Sales and Satisfaction Follow-up Provide post-course or product customer care (e.g., satisfaction follow-ups, feedback collection). Assist in gathering reviews, testimonials, or recommendations from clients. Encourage customers to join membership groups and participate in events to foster a sense of belonging.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Mandarin and English.
