• Oversee and coordinate the collection, dismantling, and recycling of scrap engines in accordance with company procedures and environmental guidelines. • Ensure the thorough and effective disassembly of engines to recover reusable components and recyclable materials. • Supervise the sorting, categorization, and disposal of engine parts, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices. • Ensure the proper handling of hazardous or non-recyclable materials, managing their safe and compliant disposal. • Monitor and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure productivity goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. • Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all equipment used in the dismantling and recycling processes. • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, ensuring minimal disruption to production. • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workers, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment. • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure workers are up-to-date on best practices, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines. • Implement performance metrics and manage employee productivity to ensure the effective recycling of scrap engines and parts. • Ensure all activities comply with relevant environmental laws, safety regulations, and industry standards. • Regularly review and update operational procedures to maintain compliance with evolving environmental guidelines. • Promote sustainable recycling practices across the team and identify opportunities for process improvement.
