  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Summary: The Senior Architectural Engineer is responsible for leading architectural design projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that all designs meet technical, regulatory, and aesthetic standards. This role requires strong design expertise, leadership, and communication skills, including the ability to work with overseas clients. Responsibilities: 1.Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion. 2.Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and design documents. 3.Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards. 4.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration. 5.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation. 6.Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. 7.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. 8.Liaise with overseas clients and suppliers on design requirements and project updates. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design or construction. Skills: Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), and construction practices. Excellent project management and coordination skills. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to handle overseas communication. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and lead a design team.
