- Support the HR Manager in overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Participate in the recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding of new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
- Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are up to date and compliant with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, EA, etc.).
- Coordinate employee training programs, maintain training records, and support employee growth initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring employee performance, probation evaluations, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure proper implementation and communication of company policies, procedures, and updates across departments.
- Any other tasks when necessary.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in HR field.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Able to communicate in National language and English.
- Have basic knowledge of HR statutory functions.
