  • Support the HR Manager in overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Participate in the recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
  • Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are up to date and compliant with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, EA, etc.).
  • Coordinate employee training programs, maintain training records, and support employee growth initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring employee performance, probation evaluations, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure proper implementation and communication of company policies, procedures, and updates across departments.
  • Any other tasks when necessary.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in HR field.
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Able to communicate in National language and English.
  • Have basic knowledge of HR statutory functions.
