Software Development Manager

The job responsibilities of the Software Development Manager will include the following but not limited to: • Providing strategic leadership to the team to ensure project success. • Leading the team in the design and development of software and applications. • Defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. • Guiding and coordinating the efforts of team members to achieve goals and targets. • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in systems or networks. • Maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting errors, and repairing the organization's hardware. • Responsible for customer relationships after the sale or service process. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Japanese customers. • Providing assistance and guidance to customers. Solving any customer challenges. • Acting as point of contact to support service customers, reporting issues, requesting information, etc. • Provide customers with email support services. • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat. • Conveying, receiving and processing information accurately. Requirements: • Must be a Japanese native speaker. • Has more than 5 years of relevant work experience. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree.
