Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human capital management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Training & Development
  • Assess training needs and develop learning programs to support employee growth.
  • Oversee performance management systems and career development planning.
  • HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee incentives.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation strategies.
  • Organizational Development
  • Assist in organizational planning and development initiatives.
  • Support change management processes.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in organizational change or strategic HR planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
