  • Daily monitor and reply to customer inquiries appropriately across all E-commerce platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best practices
  • Assisting customers with the ordering process, including order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Raise dispute and provide evidence for all the claims or penalty from e-commerce platforms.
  • To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
  • Min SPM / Fresh graduate/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in communication using English, and Bahasa Malaysia languages
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Monday – Friday (9am - 6pm), work on Saturday only if there is urgent meeting
  • MUST willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang
