- Prepare and issue invoices
- Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers
- Handle data entry for company purchases and expenses
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with day-to-day administrative work and filing
- Support basic accounting functions and paperwork
- Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field (fresh grads are encouraged to apply!)
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Able to multitask and work independently when needed
- Organized and responsible
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
