Senior Finance Executive/ Assistant Manager

Financial Reporting -Oversee the preparation of financial statements for the Group and individual subsidiaries. - Ensure accurate information and compliance with accounting and tax standards and regulatory requirements including compliance with Transfer Pricing requirement. - Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external parties such as auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies. - Liaise with external professional parties such as Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Underwriter, Lawyers, Regulative Bodies and etc on various financial decision. Cash Flow Management - Monitor and control accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP), ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational requirements. - Manage and provide recommendations to mitigate cash flow risks, including forecasting future cash needs and optimizing working capital. - Maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Financial Planning and Analysis - Develop and manage the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling. - Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets, identifying areas of concern and recommending corrective actions. - Collaborate with different departments to develop forecasts and improvement initiatives including revenue growth and cost control initiatives. - Internal Controls and Process Improvement - Implement internal controls to safeguard the company’s interest and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Continuous improvement of internal controls and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes within the organization. Team Leadership and Development - Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. - Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and learning within the department. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR - Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/ACCA/CA/CFA/MIA or equivalent.. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - Minimum 1-3 year of experience in related field. REQUIRED LANGUAGE - Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin will be added advantage. REQUIRED SKILLS - Well versed with Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirement and Securities Commission’s Guidelines. - Proficient in both written and spoken communication skills - Technical skills including Team management and interpersonal skills - Strong financial analytical skills, excel and power point WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY - Monday to Friday - Flexible working hours
