Role & Responsibilities: • Acquire in-depth product knowledge and communicate it effectively to the retail sales team. • Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to all target audiences. • Develop the competencies and skill sets of retail sales teams to enhance customer communication strategies. • Evaluate retail sales capabilities, product knowledge, and selling skills. • Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with team members. • Collaborate effectively by providing feedback on sales, stock, pricing, and service-related matters. • Continuously improve personal communication skills to deliver professional training sessions. • Maintain a presentable and professional appearance during operational hours. • Share feedback on market intelligence, promotions, and marketing activities. • Report both compliments and complaints regarding products, pricing, and promotions. • Offer insights into market demand to support the development of effective sales scripts. • Design assessment tools to evaluate retail sales teams’ product knowledge. • Participate in roadshows, events, and other sales-related activities. Requirements: • Educational Background: Possess at least a Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification. • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in retail training, sales, or product development, particularly in the F&B industry, is highly preferred. • Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English. Must also be fluent in Mandarin to communicate with local and overseas teams. • Independent Worker: Strong communication, interpersonal, selling, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical. • Interpersonal Skills: Must be agile, presentable, responsible, customer service-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
