Role & Responsibilities: • Source and manage reliable suppliers for goods and services. • Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of procurement transactions. • Track procurement progress and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Maintain and evaluate a supplier database to ensure quality and reliability. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and standards. • Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock level monitoring, counts, and audits. • Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Prepare and update inventory reports, highlighting trends and potential issues. • Collaborate with departments to forecast inventory needs based on sales and production data. • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all procurement and inventory processes. • Support audit and compliance reporting, including HSSE documentation. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (F&B, warehouse, store operations) to align strategies. • Address procurement and inventory concerns with internal stakeholders effectively. Requirements: • Educational Background: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a related industry. • Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English; fluency in Mandarin is required for communication with overseas stakeholders. • Independent Worker: Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems. • Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to analyse data for informed decision-making. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
