Join our team and play a key role in supporting sales operations and delivering excellent customer experiences!

What You’ll Do:

Order Processing

  • Handle customer orders quickly and accurately
  • Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

Customer Support

  • Be the go-to person for customer questions and feedback
  • Help customers with product info, pricing, and delivery updates

Data & Records Management

  • Keep customer and sales records updated
  • Make sure all data is accurate for sales planning

Sales Reporting

  • Create simple reports to track sales trends and product performance
  • Share useful insights with the sales team

Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels
  • Work with the procurement team to avoid delays or shortages

Team Collaboration

  • Help the sales team with meetings, sales materials, and presentations
  • Make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

Admin Support

  • Assist with travel plans, scheduling, and expense reports

Quality & Service

  • Follow company guidelines for all sales activities
  • Deliver professional and friendly service at all times

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous 2 years experience in sales administration or related field preferred.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in the Semenyih, Selangor area.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
