- Assist customers with import-related activities, including air freight and sea shipping.
- Provide online customer support and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Support international trade operations and documentation.
Job Requirements:- Currently pursuing or holding a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
- Prior knowledge of logistics is an added advantage.
