• Ensure all instructions issued by COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES are carried out. • Coordinate and monitor all Key Point monitoring program (KPM) and process corrosion (PCM) programs. • Ensure all data collected by Corrosion Technicians are verified for accuracy, validated and a comprehensive report submitted to COMPANY timely. • Ensure all raw data from the KPM and the PCM programs uploaded into Asset Integrity Management Systems for RBI Assessment. • Carry-out the KPM and PCM activities and PCM activities as and when required, especially when Corrosion Technicians are engaged at other locations. • Perform annual riser key points monitoring. • Ensure that data are available in the corrosion monitoring database or relevant software system. Maintain record of probes and coupons conditions. • Retrieve and change-out the coupons and probes using the retrieval tools, services valves and all auxiliary equipment. • Take readings from all corrosion probes and compile according to COMPANY’s format to comply with CMP requirements. • Carry out routine cleaning and servicing of all tools for site operations. • Conduct routine cathodic protection surveys and non-routine survey works using cathodic protection monitoring instruments and the use of all auxiliary equipment. • Download / transmit data, data processing and compile reports at the end of each survey. The report shall be prepared as per the COMPANY’s format requirements. • Identify problems encountered with corrosion monitoring system. • Troubleshoot problems on cathodic protection system and probes e.g. electrical instrument, linear polarization and galvanic problems.
